Professor Paul Schwartz holds a moderated discussion with Professor Ginevra Cerrina Feroni, the Vice President of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). Prof. Cerrina Feroni is one of the most important scholars and lawyers in Europe working on issues of electronic data and privacy today. She is a full Professor of European and Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Florence. Prof. Cerrina Feroni is also a practicing lawyer, a member of the scientific board of several academic journals in the area of comparative public law, and a serial columnist of several national newspapers. She has been often nominated to hold posts in governative and parliamentary committees and working groups for constitutional and administrative matters.
