Mamoun's coaching focuses on reintegrating ancestral diets that are particular to each individual and their ancestry, as well as a physical training approach that focuses on seven basic primal movement patterns that have been rarely practiced in our modern-day lives, but which are slowly being rediscovered and reincorporated. These movements include:
