As we wrap season 1, Marilyn makes a few observations…

    🌷

First, your God-sized dreams will be too big for you to carry on your own. And God designed it that way, so we would lean on each other and have the gifts of community & connection.

    🌷

Second, the pauses placed on the path to your destiny are provided for you so that you can realign and sustain the dream long-term.

    🌷

  • 7 | Manage yourself
    Aug 11 2025

It’s easy to look at everything around us— all the obstacles and opposition we face amidst the opportunity— and grow weary in the walk of faith.

There’s so much that outside of our control.

However, whereas we can’t manage the stuff outside of our control, we can manage— and are required to— steward the stuff that’s clearly in our realm of control.

    Mainly, ourselves.

    🌷

We’ve talked about time management a few times during this first season of the podcast. So, we thought it might be good to drop in some info about time management from Marilyn’s eBook & audiobook on the subject…

In this episode, we go to lesson 8, Sustaining Long-Term Time Management and Productivity Success…

  • 6 | New levels = new devils, new opportunities = new obstacles
    Aug 4 2025

New levels, new devils. Promotion elevates your opportunities, as well as the opposition you face and the obstacles you must overcome.

Marilyn moved from being a Realtor to become a broker…

… and then she became an instructor.

That meant lots of interaction with the Real Estate Commission AND it meant new obstacles to overcome.
