About this listen
A simple pranayama involving some small movement of the arms, hand gestures and breath control. Moola bandha is also applied, but the practice can be done without this element if you are a beginner.
Perfect for getting your energy gently moving in the morning, or any time of day. It's also known as shanti (peace) mudra, invoking a sense of calm in the mind and body. Try practicing it facing the morning sunrise, inviting the energy of the sun into your being.
