This journalistic exercise is produced by the Audio-Video Production students of the Bear News Network (BNN) and hosted by Students of Principles of Business Marketing and Finance. Both clubs are part of Career Technical Education and Business Professionals of America. The Bears News Network is a PSJA Early College High School Student Led Production under the direction of the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District - which serves the lower region of the Rio Grande Valley in the State of Texas.
