    Leash reactivity and aggression, while they may look similar, are fundamentally different behaviors.

    Leash reactivity typically stems from fear, frustration, anxiety, or over-arousal when a dog feels restrained by the leash, leading to lunging, barking, or growling.

    Aggression is typically an intent to harm.
