    In this special final episode of Positive 5 with Kiri, I say goodbye to you all but feel joy on the moments we’ve shared together. This last year, we have celebrated the simple power of everyday foods like eggs and nuts, to exploring the benefits of yoga, vitamin D, cycling and singing! Each episode has been a reminder that wellbeing doesn’t have to be overwhelming, small steps truly make a big difference.
