Through the story of Elphaba and Glinda, we reflect on how personal change is shaped by love, relationship, and the pressures of fear and power. We talk about moving from passive belief to active participation in justice, and what happens when we finally get “exactly what we wanted” only to discover it comes with unexpected consequences.

This conversation lingers in the tension rather than rushing to resolution. What does faith look like when doing good costs us something? When clarity brings resistance instead of applause?

As followers of Christ, we’re reminded that transformation isn’t only internal. It reshapes how we engage the world, pursue justice, and embody love with courage and humility. May this episode invite us to face fear honestly and represent Christ with a boldness rooted not in control, but in conviction and faithful presence.
