About this listen

Women of Water, a new initiative developed by the PHTA (Pool & Hot Tub Alliance) in partnership with POOLCORP, seeks to connect, empower, and advocate for women in the pool, spa, and hot tub industry through community, education, and leadership development.

WOW officially kicks off at this year's International Pool Spa Patio Expo in Las Vegas. To learn more about the Women of Water initiative, we spoke with Sabeena Hickman, President & CEO of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, Kendall Large, Vice President of Marketing for POOLCORP, and Jamie Novak, Marketing Director for POOLCORP. Listen in on our conversation and learn more about how WOW aims to improve the inclusion and representation of women in the industry, empower them with better support, and provide mentorship to women at every level of the industry, from entry-level to executive.
