Poetry became my outlet, my coping mechanism to escape the world or atleast stay calm in the choas. A journal of sorts, just in poem form then they became a way to let everyone get to know me & my story without saying too much. It's good to talk to the world, tell someone but I'm just not that open unless alone thinking out loud so come get immersed in my world.

    I'm fragile
    My heart is fragile
    A lot of damage has been done
    Don't know if I can love the same
    Yes it's gonna be completely different
    You should know right from wrong
    If you love me like you say you do...
    Makes me believe love still exists
    I already said "I Love You"
    So did you
    I wanna feel like that means something to me
    I can't take any more pain
    On my heart that'll be a big strain
    I'm scared
    I'm taking a risk by doing this
    Doing this one big thing
    Not knowing if I'm sure or not
    I'm trusting you
    I'm loving you
    Puting all the rest of me into you
    I'm giving you my heart
    Please Don’t Break It

    Understand what I'm saying
    Understand what you're doing is affecting me
    Understand that what you saying is just words
    Understand that you need to make the actual change for me to see
    Understand that “I'm sorry” is not going to fix everything
    Understand that even though you may be working on yourself I’m working on
    me too
    Understand that even though I am working on myself I'm still able to love you
    no mater what
    Understand that whatever problems I have I'm not going to bring them onto you
    Understand that love come in many ways, shapes and forms
    Understand that love is a big thing and love is blind
    Understand that I'm trying to love you even when you're trying to fix yourself
    Understand that you're the person for everything
    You're the person that I want everything with
    Yet the one I want everything with is making a change
    Understand that I'm damaged goods and even though I'm damaged goods I still
    find a space in my heart for you
    Understand that you're not the only one going through problems or has
    problems
    Understand that it's not 50/50 with a relationship
    Understand that my love I have for you is not just effort
    Understand that this heart that has a growing hole is still loving just for you
    Understand that I wanna last
    Forget about the past no mater what we go through
    Understand that you really are my forever
    Understand that you are the one for me
    Understand that we both need work
    Understand that I wanna keep fighting but you gota fight with me
    Understand that I'll fight for you as long as you fight for me…

    You're not "allowed to stay here" when you're stuck there
    It's not "staying here for free" when you wanna be free
    The misconception when you aren't talking to negativity- is delusional
    Wanting to be understood is crucial
    Yet cant...
    Not gonna rant but it's frustrating
    Everyday debating
    What to do, what's next, how to get there?..
    Yet everyone think I'm living dare
    Garbage bags containing the hope of disappear
    Just waiting for it to be near
    I'm not just sitting, leaving it all to bare
    I'm trying to figure out what & which ways are clear
    Trying to do it all with despair...
