    There are moments when we feel pushed back, as if something is holding us down, preventing us from moving forward. It's during these times that we need to speak heart to heart, reminding ourselves that we are capable of overcoming any obstacle. In today’s episode Kristin delivers an encouraging message.

    But sometimes, we need to pause amidst the chaos of growth. It's okay to take a moment to rest and gather our strength before tackling the next big task. Perhaps you've been putting off releasing your podcast because it feels overwhelming. Remember, it's okay to take a step back and trust that God is working behind the scenes, preparing something greater for you.

    Kristin encourages listeners that in the midst of our doubts and fears, we need to hear those words: "You can do this." It's a reminder, a reassurance, that we are capable, that our dreams are worth pursuing, and that our voices deserve to be heard.
