En mars dernier, le vote d'un amendement de suppression du Haut Conseil de l’évaluation de la recherche et de l'enseignement supérieur par l'Assemblée nationale a relancé les débats sur l'évaluation la recherche scientifique. Très critiquée, souvent jugée bureaucratique et inutile, faut-il en finir avec l'évaluation de la recherche ?
