Peter Okello Douglas is the Chairperson of the Omoro District in Northern Uganda. Though the We are Able-project Peter became aware of the position and the strengths of people wit disabilities in his district. Confronted with this, he decided to change his policy and political influence to take maximum advantage of the qualities of this underestimated group.
