About this listen

We are revamping our mission and podcast. With this new idea our goal is to still focus on the how to's of navigating through life, what we have personally been through, but also this is a space for honest moments, and the quiet lessons that shape us. In each episode we will explore the messy, beautiful, in-between stages of life. We will explore the places where we are still growing, still healing, and still figuring it all out together. Here, the stories don't have to be perfect to matter. They just have to be true so we can all feel and heal together on this journey we call life. Personal Development Personal Success

  • Getting to know Mel final part in our 3-part series
    Dec 22 2025
This is the final chapter of our three-part “Getting to Know Your Hosts” series, we get to know Mel and her stories that have helped shape who she is. In this episode, Mel shares how the twists, losses, hard choices, and seasons of survival didn’t break her… they shaped her. Life doesn’t move in straight lines, and neither do we. Every struggle, pause, and unexpected detour is part of what brought us here to this space, this podcast, this season of becoming. As Patience in Progress continues to unfold, our hope is simple: that as you get to know each of us and the stories that formed us, you’ll start hearing pieces of your own story too. The conversations ahead will come from real life, messy, meaningful, unfinished, and we hope they create connection, understanding, and a reminder that growth doesn’t require perfection… just patience. Thanks for walking this part of the journey with us. This isn’t the end—it’s the foundation.
