Given all this, let’s explore implications if we take seriously the possibility that myths like those of the Anunnaki encode memories of visitors or extraterrestrials, or that phenomena like 3I/ATLAS could be connected. • One theory: The Anunnaki, in myth, were extraterrestrials who seeded or intervened in human origins. Their myths reflect contact, not just metaphor. If so, an incoming interstellar object might be interpreted as a return visitation—or at least a sign. • Another: The myths represent psychological, societal, or spiritual archetypes; the physical interpretation is retrofitted. So attributing things like 3I/ATLAS to mythic beings may reflect human tendency to seek meaning, not evidence of celestial gods. • Also, the desire to connect myth to modern cosmic phenomena reveals a broader human pattern: when confronted with “something external,” especially in space, we project onto it mythic frameworks.
