Il mondo non è stato sempre in guerra. Nel periodo neolitico tra il 10.000 e il 3500 a.C., nell'Antica Europa non c'erano armi, né guerre né fortificazioni. La società, dedita all'agricoltura, era guidata dalle donne. Dal 3500 a.C. gli antichi popoli europei furono sottomessi da guerrieri armati e a cavallo: gli Indoeuropei, bellicosi e violenti, che praticavano la schiavitù, mentre nell'Antica Europa vigeva la libertà per gli uomini e le donne. Il modo di vivere neolitico sopravvisse in posti difficili da raggiungere dagli Indoeuropei: uno di questi fu la Calabria. Pitagora comprese il valore di quell'antico modello e formulò l'etica universale. Da Pitagora in poi ci sono stati guerre, stragi e genocidi, ma la pace nel mondo è raggiungibile. Vi racconteremo i fatti storici su cui si basa la nostra convinzione.
