Amber Zenith is the co-owner/creator of HIGH Fitness LP, a group fitness format that is quickly taking the fitness world by storm. Amber, and her business partner Emily Nelson, took old school aerobics, added modern fitness techniques and created an inclusive culture which has resulted in a fitness movement and subscription business that has moms and professionals alike addicted to HIGH fitness. They have filled a niche in the fitness industry that the industry itself didn’t realize was missing. Using social media as its only marketing tool, HIGH fitness has become a nationally recognized brand with many notable partnerships, thousands of Instagram followers, and participants from all across the globe. Amber and Emily have taken their passion and dream and turned it into a lucrative business, and inspiring success story! HIGH Fitness has gone from a single class in a community center to a subscription business with over 4000 instructors in 500 cities, and over 1M participants annually.  Instructor network, clothing brand and livestream service. After a chance meeting at a gym in Calgary, Canada, two different women from two different decades, backgrounds, and countries, sparked a chain of events that would lead to this phenomenon.
