Owen is a Sports Therapist.

He graduated from The University of Northampton with an Upper Second Class Degree in Sport Rehabilitation.

With nearly 10 years of experience in competitive football, Owen has a strong background in both playing and coaching younger players. His true passion lies in helping others progress in their fitness and overall well-being.

He has started a business called OM Peak Recovery. Owen says "I saw a gap in the market for sports therapy - massage therapy for busy people that don't have the time to travel, so I can offer a professional service around clients' lifestyles and work commitments".

Owen is a qualified OTAGO Instructor that consists of exercises to help improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence. He can help with falls prevention for frailty and older people.

Owen offers the following services at OM Peak Recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Percussion Massage (Massage Gun), Home Rehabilitation Sessions, Lymphatic drainage, Cupping and routine Zoom calls.
