Tímamótaverkið Orlando frá 1992 í leikstjórn Sally Potter byggir á samnefndri skáldsögu Virginiu Woolf frá 1928 og á enn við í dag. Í fyrstu þótti sagan tala inn í frelsisbaráttu kvenna en í dag eru það skilaboðin um hinseginleikann sem sitja eftir. Bókmenntafræðingurinn Soffía Auður Birgisdóttir fer í saumana á þessu verki enda þýddi hún skáldsöguna yfir á íslensku árið 2017.
Helga Rós Hannam er margverðlaunaður búningahönnuður. Hún segir frá því hvernig hún gat ekki fengið örlög sín flúið og leiddist út á braut búningahönnunar sem hún hefur starfað við í rúm 20 ár.
