«Es macht mich glücklich, dass ich anderen Menschen helfen kann. Ich kann mir keinen besseren Beruf für mich vorstellen», sagt Orion. Er arbeitet in der Demenzabteilung im Alterszentrum Lanzeln in Stäfa und steht kurz vor dem Abschluss zum Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ. «Bei einer Schnupperlehre spürt man ganz genau, ob es der richtige Beruf ist», sagt Orion.
