About this listen

Sis, we all want to live with purpose, value, strong faith, and productivity—but emotional stress, unresolved conflict, and overwhelm often interrupt our peace and drain our joy.

Organize Emotional Stress with Angela Nicole is a faith-based podcast focused on conflict resolution for Christian women who desire emotional healing, clarity, and a life reframed through God’s truth.

I’m Angela Nicole, BS, MA—a Minister and Conflict Resolution Specialist. In this space, I uplift you, equip you with practical tools, and walk alongside you as your biggest cheerleader in this season of life.

I understand the weight you’re carrying. I’ve done the deep work of unpacking and healing years of pain, trauma, disappointment, and loss. I’ve raised eight children, navigated marriage, and walked faithfully with God through seasons of fear, uncertainty, and growth.

This podcast offers faith-based conflict resolution, emotional stress management, and Christian emotional healing, grounded in prayer and spiritual wisdom. Together, we’ll organize emotional stress, resolve conflict biblically, and cultivate peace, contentment, and renewal.

  • #13 Do You Find it Hard to Have a Positive Mindset? Try Reframing Your Anticipatory Anxiety with Faith Joy and Fulfillment
    Jan 28 2026
Do you find it hard to keep a positive mindset because your mind is constantly imagining what could go wrong?

In this episode, we talk about anticipatory anxiety—that quiet but powerful cycle where your mind rehearses worst-case scenarios that haven’t even happened yet. Maybe you’ve imagined your marriage falling apart, your child making a life-altering decision, or your finances collapsing overnight. These thoughts pull your mind and body into fight-or-flight mode, leaving you emotionally exhausted and spiritually drained.

Sis, you are not alone—and there is another way.

Together, we explore how to reframe anticipatory anxiety through praise, joy, and fulfillment, instead of fear. I share practical insight, faith-based encouragement, and a gentle invitation to step out of survival mode and back into peace.

If your thoughts often run ahead of your life, this conversation will help you slow them down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with God’s truth over your mind.

✨ You don’t have to live bracing for impact. Peace is possible—even before circumstances change.

  • #12 How Worship Music Can Calm Anxiety Symptoms and Restore Peace
    Jan 18 2026

I want you to see worship as medicine. It has no co-pay or bill attached to it. It searches our hearts, and in God's presence, we are exposed. Not to shame us but to cover and fill us. Worship is Therapy. I know I am making bold statements; they are true. In today's episode, you will hear lyrics from my favorite Gospel artist, Fred Hammond. Choose worship instead of worry. Choose faith over fear and anxiety. God wants to set His gaze on your face. This is life-changing. Try Worship. Get your joy back, feel purpose, Calm overwhelm, and restore creativity. These are your benefits, to name a few.

In the meantime, here is a link to my next workshop, Organize Emotional Stress and Conflict. . This is where we can break all your stress down and put it in order and/or in its place.
