About this listen
Meet Gerry — a hard-driving motorcycle mama who proudly describes herself as “uncensored.” But there’s so much more to her story.
After suffering a massive stroke that left her both physically and cognitively impaired, Gerry’s life was forever changed. What followed was nothing short of a miracle.
“The miracle is that God took somebody like me, who had no interest and no desire in any of this, and transformed me into filling a need that was there.”
Through her growing relationship with God, Gerry discovered a new sense of purpose and a deep passion for service. Today, she embraces her unique personality as a volunteer activities director at a Catholic preschool, where her mission is simple but powerful: to bring little children closer to Jesus.
Using crafts, creativity, and joy, Gerry helps young hearts learn about their Christian faith and biblical stories — and has a whole lot of fun doing it.
Be inspired by an extraordinary woman who continues to serve God despite significant challenges. With the loving support of her husband and daughter, Gerry’s story is a beautiful reminder that an ordinary life can be radically transformed by an extraordinary God.
