About this listen

Coach Fredo Lopez is our guest in this episode where we talk about topics that range from moving forward, the importance of patience in the pursuit of fitness goals, living up to one's true potential, treating our body right, being good and gentle with ourselves, mental strength, investing in ourselves, and being ok with being alone, to mention a few.

Coach Fredo has spent the last 10 years in the fitness industry, with a primary focus on functional fitness for the everyday person. Fredo strives to provide gym members and his clients with the program they need to start and continue with their health and wellness journey. “A big key to this is being able to live life on your terms on not being limited by your abilities. It doesn’t take much to get where you want to go but it does take getting started which is what holds many people back. Keep it simple and enjoy the ride!”

Fredo is the Head Coach at Core Collective Fitness in Phoenix, Arizona, where members get to experience and reap the benefits of his workout programming skills and experience.

Fredo created the Arete Method program which involves nutrition and mindset coaching fueled by workouts that challenges participants every day to live up to their true potential. Every workout has a meaning that can be applied to life. “If you can conquer your workout and take control of your health and wellness the possibilities are endless for your success in life.”

Besides competing and creating programming, Fredo enjoys landscape photography and the outdoors. He finds nature and outdoor activities as key instruments for mental and physical health.
