Welche Rolle spielt Alkohol in deinem Leben? Bei mir über lange Zeit eine ziemlich große Rolle. Vor 2 Jahren habe ich ihn aber in seine Schranken gewiesen, und es war rückblickend der wichtigste Baustein auf meinem Weg zu einem fitteren Ich.
Ich konnte mir eine sehr lange Zeit auch gar kein Leben ohne Alkohol vorstellen, da es mir viel zu trist und langweilig erschien. Warum ich heute anders denke und wie es dazu kam: Im Podcast erfährst du es!
