My boy Rudy and I were fortunate enough to meet Sean and his team on the way home after shooting a podcast on a Sunday afternoon years ago. I suggested we should drive into the parking lot at the LaundroMat in Pasadena because they had a really cool set up and we went out of our comfort zones to introduce ourselves. This episode means a lot to me.

I talk about how waking up with gratitude every day has been a game-changer. It’s helped me push through dark moments, shift my mood when I needed it most, and honestly—it kept me alive.

Practicing gratitude also helped me make a big move to D.C. Something I never imagined would happen a few years ago.
