Everything new, everything different. The plan was to record the episode «The Raid», but sometimes things turn out differently than planned: Dashi and Eray are in the midst of a crisis and do a reality check. The new episode thus becomes a self-critical insight into the creation of the podcast with a clear commitment: giving up is not an option.

  • The Takeover
    Jun 18 2025
Dashi and Eray turn the format on its head and hand over the reins. Or rather: the microphones. The focus on cultural change remains, but the perspective changes. Our apprentices were given the unique opportunity to share their fresh and often unconventional views and also to confront the clichés. From the choice of topics to the guest to the moderation – the new hosts had a free hand. Dashi and Eray were able to sit back and act as coaches in the preparation phase this time. A successful experiment!
