About Our Guest Co-Host:
- Alyssa has a life-long study committed to the art + science of Nourishment. As a holistic Registered Dietitian Nutritionist + Certified Human Design Analyst, she has worked with hundreds of humans all over the world to guide them through the Avenues of their unique Nourishment. How Alyssa teaches nourishment is born from interconnectedness. After all, we do not eat in a vacuum. Nourishment is all-encompassing & is unique to each of us. Because of this, Alyssa uses the system of Human Design to illuminate behavioral patterning, along with nutritional biochemistry & lifestyle modifications to ensure that all variables are accounted for. Since 2015, Alyssa has been working one-on-one with clients, guiding them through the Avenues of Nourishment.
