    I met Kerim at an @afterwerk event, and he came on the podcast to talk about the Shame surrounding therapy and mental health.
    We talked about the influence our social and cultural background has on how we view therapy and self-care. How hard it is to ask for help, gaslighting yourself. How important it is to have a good and healthy support system, our inner critic and Self Love. Crying and Anger. About grief and much more.
