A great artist to me is about so much more than just the music.It's the world building, the visuals, and artistry that truly make someone iconic.

Artists like Lana Del Rey, David Bowie, or Lady Gaga have developed entire artistic personas. Even outside of pop, we have artists like Tyler the Creator have an entire unique character they create for each album.

But trying to create an entire world when you're still a new artist can be SUCH a challenge when you haven't had years worth of albums, music videos, or press like magazine covers to build that visual identity.
