    Following the tragic death of 16-year-old Grace Lynch in Finglas in January many people have been calling for the Government to implemented stricter rules on e-bikes.

    Green Party councilor Conor Dowling for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown thinks that we should be promoting e-bikes in order to improve road safety, believing that they are part of the solution. Conor spoke to Anton this morning.
