God's Word doesn't deal with mere moral or behavioural issues - it transforms our hearts from the inside out. King David understands this. In Psalm 139 King David celebrates that God who knows us more intimately than anyone else ever can is the same God who restores and heals us, ultimately in Jesus Christ. God brings us from darkness into light.
