This happened as soon as your recognition of Him and your repentance of the burden of sins, at that very point, you gained eternal life, as a child of God. From then on your destiny, forever, is under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. What an incredible gift of His new life has been bestowed upon you, when you were resurrected from eternal damnation to sin!

Christ died for us while we were yet in a fallen, sinful condition. When, through sin and its deeds, we were enemies of God and His righteousness, we were able to be reconciled to God. We were reconciled when Christ died on the Cross and His shed blood enabled all mankind to be saved. We were reconciled to God through Jesus Christ and saved for eternity by His life, abiding in us.

Without our blood flowing through our physical bodies, the life of every human being would be extinguished, almost immediately. Our spiritual life is cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on our behalf, on the Cross at Calvary. It is the blood that cleanses us from sin and shame. No Christian can be born again and have eternal life without the remission of their sins and them obtaining forgiveness of sins through the precious blood of the Lord.

Secondly, as God's blood bought children, we must always be found abiding in the vine, this is our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. As well, His words must be abiding in us. Therefore we ask in faith, believing that He has already answered us. It is our resounding privilege to know that as we trust the Lord, our Father, in heaven, will always answer us.

As a result, all who believe and accept God's gift of grace, His mercy and unmerited favour of salvation, have become God's eternal children. God's grace cannot be earned; it is a gift.

    What Is a Pharisee? In the days that Jesus ministered to the people of Israel, the ruling leaders of the synagogues or churches, were known as Pharisees. Pharisees meant separated ones. Christians must be separated from the world but never from sinners needing God's help. Unfortunately, the Pharisees had added many rules and commandments to God's laws given to Moses. Jesus called these leaders, hypocrites because they made the people obey regulations that they themselves often did not obey. They were not part of the ten commandments, given to Moses on Mount Sinai, by God. Over the years, many Christian leaders, have become experts at adding to or denying the truth, of God's word, the Holy Bible. Rather than teaching the truth of God's word they have imposed their own interpretations of God's word, instead of the truth, as revealed by the Holy Spirit.
