About this listen

Today we’ll tackle the topic of neurodiversity within your coaching practice.  The vocabulary is evolving, but it’s becoming more commonly accepted that people with so-called disorders like ADHD and autism (among others) aren’t disabilities, but instead normal variations in human cognitive design.

With that in mind,

  • How can we make our tools universally useful for everyone?
  • Is your neurochemistry a circumstance or a thought?
  • Are your thoughts empowering? Are they serving you?
  • Are you treating your clients differently based on their brain or body?
