Three Steps to Take with Purpose Over 30 Days
- Establish a Consistent Time for Worship, Prayer, and Bible Study: Choose a specific time of day for your spiritual practice and keep it consistent. Use this time to worship, pray, and read your bible.
- Find a Support System for Growth and Healing: When working towards growth and healing, it's important to have someone by your side who can support you every step of the way. Choose a therapist, a wise counselor, or someone else who can offer encouragement, prayers, and hold you accountable. Avoid those who have negative coping skills or might distract you from your goals. Remember, our aim is to heal, not suppress!
- Prioritize Yourself: Don't let the pain of your loss overshadow your own well-being. Every day, engage in an activity that brings you joy and fulfillment, no matter how big or small it is.
