Strukturen, Prozesse und ganze Unternehmen als digitales Pendant abzubilden, scheint verführerisch und passt in den Zeitgeist. Und doch polarisiert der Begriff die Fachleute, die eher von Modellierung und mathematischer Optimierung reden. Ein Thema, zu dem sich also hervorragend sprechen lässt, zum Beispiel mit einem alten Freund des Hauses, Kostja Siefen, und unserem neuen Kollegen aus dem Bereich Business Analytics, Marc Johann.
