About this listen

Welcome to the very first episode of In Your Corner. I'm Keith Dixon, and this is a story I've been carrying in my heart for a long time - not as content, but as something raw, honest, and real.

One year ago, I was homeless, living in a men's shelter. Today, I'm sitting here recording this podcast, rebuilt and ready to help others who are facing their own battles. This is my full circle moment, and I want to share it with you.
In this episode, I open up about losing my gym of 10 years, the breakdown of my relationship, finding myself in a homeless shelter, and how I rebuilt my life brick by brick through mindset, structure, and resilience. This podcast isn't about perfection - it's about real conversations that matter.

If you're going through a tough time right now, know that I am in your corner. Subscribe and join this community as we build something special together.
