  • At the NOLI film festival 2025
    Oct 20 2025

It was my pleasure to attend the NOLI Festival on October the 12th 2025 at the Et Cetera Theatre in Camden, London.

Here are some reflections from Billy Stanton (friend of the podcast and one of the organisers), a few short interviews from the night and a quick afterword from me.

NOLI is providing a home for films that might be too intense, too strange, too home-made, too long, too short... for other festivals.

It was a wonderful night with kindred spirits and an excellent programme.

If you care about film as a living art form festivals like NOLI are a must have and, in that spirit, I would be extra grateful if you could share this episode far and wide.

If you get the chance to attend next time, it would be great to see you there.

    London month of the Dead-

    LONDON MONTH OF THE DEAD

Each October for over a decade, we have curated the London Month of the Dead Festival

It features a whole month of talks, walks, workshops, performances, storytelling, live scored films, visits to hidden parts of the city, strange places - and most of it takes place in beautiful London cemeteries💀

    London Month of the Dead

The Bureau... is one of my favourite podcasts and often sends me off along lines of further research which is one of the things I most value in a podcast and I hope we also do here at My Picture House.
