Musikalische Klangkulissen als Speisenbegleiter in der Gastronomie
Radiomusik als Dauerberieselung im Gastraum war gestern. Heute bemühen sich viele Restaurantbetreiber um eine persönliche musikalische Note. Das Spektrum reicht von vorgefertigten Playlists über analoge Mix-Tapes bis zu DJs, die zum Dinner-Menü den passenden Beat servieren. Andernorts wird – um Nerven zu sparen – lieber ganz auf Hintergrundmusik verzichtet. Die Wahl der Musik ist nicht nur eine Geschmacksfrage. Ist sie zu laut, kann man sich beim Essen nicht mehr unterhalten. Ist sie zu leise, könnte gar der Nebentisch mithören.
