On August 29, 1996, Janet Gail March, a children’s book illustrator from Forest Hills, TN was reported missing to police by her family. Her husband, Perry March, who was a lawyer, told police he had last seen her the night of August 15, which was 2 weeks earlier. He said that she packed her bag for a 12-day vacation and left following an argument.
