Samantha struggles with her lost limbs while trying to remain a warrior. Meanwhile, the Pasquier twins set their final plan into motion, as one infiltrates the English court and the other prepares France for war. Meanwhile, our heroes race to intervene in the diabolical plot. Friar James and Samantha hide out in England to spy on the evil cardinal, while Aaron tries to convince the French constable not to go through with the intended battle being staged. In a last-ditch effort, he attempts to convince a twin through the forced use of mind-to-mind blending.
