Last week I had many encounters with other moms, who as I sometimes, struggle about how we look, and how we aren't doing enough to look better. But, something I've learned with my process of healing and recovering my femininity, is that I need to give myself some time first to think about what's happening inside me, my thoughts, my emotions, recognize my triggers and find the strengths that I have to use them when I'm ready to do physical changes.
