About this listen

Hello I’m your host Dr Agne Straukiene( Neurologist). I would like to share my coping strategies for day-to-day living using RAIN model. I am Inspired by the book 'Radical compassion' written by Tara Brach. Rain is being used for coping strategies when we are facing difficult situations and I think everyone needs to learn this technique living life in pandemic, and living crisis and once the epidemic is over we can carry on with this technique throughout our challenging life. This is the method that allows us to recognise, allow, investigate and nurture to build better resilience strategies and overcome any stress.dr Agne Straukiene Hygiene & Healthy Living Physical Illness & Disease Psychology Psychology & Mental Health
