As believers, living out your faith means you’ll come up against resistance. It will be hard. There will be those who do not agree and even ridicule you for it. In our scripture passage today, Paul is challenging Timothy in much the same way, telling him to expect trouble, prepare, man up and get ready to take a punch. Speaking of fears, we all have them, and they really do sometimes get in the way of what God wants us to do…to Love Him and to Love Others. Well, later on in the broadcast I’ll be sharing a resource with you that you can pick up that will help you with your walk while combatting those fears. But for now our focus is not necessarily on physical fears like being scared of the dark, but on spiritual fears. What is it that’s keeping you from living boldly for God where you are?
