    Kristina is a mom, teacher, farmer and certified holistic health integrative nutrition coach.

    Through her personal health journey with food and wellness, she went from teaching elementary school, to holistic health coaching to regenerative farming and now I do a little bit of all these jobs together as a mom to three young boys.
