    This quote isn’t a judgment of where you are… it’s an invitation. An invitation to recognize that the habits, beliefs, and patterns that helped you survive one season may not be the same ones that will help you thrive in the next.

    In this episode, we talk about: ✨ Why feeling called to grow doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful ✨ How survival habits can quietly keep you stuck ✨ Why awareness… not action… is the most important first step ✨ How to release guilt around wanting more ✨ What it really means to become the next version of you

    This week, take 10 quiet minutes and reflect on this question:

    What is one habit, belief, or pattern that got me “here”… but might not take me where I want to go next?

    You don’t need to fix it this week. You don’t even need to change it yet.

    Just notice it.

    Because awareness is always the first step toward alignment.
