In this special episode, you'll meet my amazing mom, Molly Cartmill! She is a mom of two girls, so OF COURSE I couldn't interview her without inviting my sister, MacKenzie Cartmill to join the interview. They are two of my favorite people in the world.

Molly recently retired from a career in corporate America and is now in the process of launching a consulting business. MacKenzie is a real estate agent and interior designer.
