Wir treffen Professor Dr. Anke Lesinski-Schiedat, sie ist die ärztliche Leiterin und bei ihr im Hörzentrum werden hörgeschädigte Kinder medizinisch betreut und gegebenenfalls mit Cochlear Implantaten versorgt. Prof. Anke Lesinski-Schiedat berichtet darüber, wie genau diese Implantate funktionieren, seit wann es sie gibt und welche besonderen Momente sie als Ärztin erlebt hat mit Kindern, die nach der OP plötzlich wieder hören können.
