When I started my path on mindfulness meditation I was nervous because I thought it was going to be difficult to practice and I was concern I wouldn’t be able to dedicate time to practice it. As it turns out, it’s actually very easy to practice and can be easily integrated in your daily activities.  This is part 1 of 2 episode will explain techniques used in mindfulness: Driving, Eating, Breathing, and Movement. In the next episode, I discuss Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Listening, and Object Focus mindfulness. I hope this will help you on your journey to living a happier life.
