Mike had a vision when he was 17 to care for people. That God-led directive, 40 years later, would have him manage a ministry of over 20,000 volunteers through 55 partnered churches serving community problems of people in the tens of thousands.

That spirit has given you Spiritual Gifts, where you can do something unique and well. That spiritual gift is given to you so you may glorify God (give God positive attention) and bring edification to those around you.
