Michelle Booysen is founder of Pétanque NXT and resident number 19 of Global Square of Your Global Village.

In this episode, Michelle shares her journey leaving the corporate work to do business planning and then alongside cofounder, MJ Fick taken Pétanque NXT into a 34 people team working with international clients across the spectrum. Michelle talks about a key turning point in her journey was when she had a heart attack at age 42, while running a big project and had to immediately scale her business with new team members while still recovering in hospital. She shares her experience being a creator and how her passion for process helped her clients.
